Management:

The Archbishop of Raipur is the President of the Society. He appoints the Executive Director of RDSWS. The other members are elected by the General Body of RDSWS. The activities and programs of the society are planned, co-ordinated and monitored by the governing body, the staff of RDSWS, Diocesan Project Selection Committee and Local level center in-charges.
