Raipur Diocesan Social Welfare Society (RDSWS) is a social development organization of the Archdiocese of Raipur stands tall with its working experience for women, children and tribal community for their wellbeing. In four decades it has grown to be active promoter of women empowerment. It was established in 1980. Its work-area consists of 14 districts of Chhattisgarh State.

Institutional Development of Federations

Institutional Development Of Federations To Capacitate Dalits And Tribals To Avail Entitlements And Stimulate Livelihood Options In 9 Districts Of Chhattisgarh. Goal Disadvantaged population groups, in particular Adivasi and Dalits, increasingly take responsibility for the development of their communities.

 
 

Sponsorship Program for Student

The children and RDSWS are very grateful to Mr. Karl Bohme from Germany, a friend of the Raipur Archdiocese, who has been supporting the poor Dalit and tribal children to continuing their education who were being dropout due to lack of support of education and hostel. The program is implemented in the 4 rural parishes (Aundhi, Charoda, Kawardha and Jairamnagar) of the Raipur diocese.

 
 

Promoting the Education of Tribal and Dalit Children

Raipur Diocese Social Welfare Society is running 30 coaching centers in 3 districts of Chhattisgarh states with the help of KINDERMISSIONSWERK. These centers function for Dalit and tribal children in the rural areas of the Arch Diocese of Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The coaching centers provide educational support, skill development, and extracurricular activities to empower these marginalized communities.
